BMW received its Mining Business Permit (IUP) in 2022, under permit number 1121/1/IUP/PDMN/2022, as approved by the Minister of Investment / Head of the Investment Coordinating Board. This permit includes the approval for the adjustment and reduction of the mining area, allowing the company to commence coal production operations.

Raymundus Mulyadi S. is an experienced business leader from Indonesia with a career spanning over three decades. He began his professional journey at PT Astra International Honda Sales Operation, where he served as the System and Procedures Sub-department Head from 1991 to 1995.
In 1999, he founded his own business, PT Cahaya Berkat Pratama, focusing on coal trading. His entrepreneurial spirit led to the creation of PT Karunia Agung Infiniti in 2009, widely known as Ahdadia Coal. Under his leadership as President Director, the company has become a major player in the coal industry, specializing in low ash, low sulfur coal. With over 20 years of experience in coal trading, distribution, and retail, Raymundus has contributed to the company’s remarkable success, with sales exceeding USD 100 million.

Mohd. Saleh is an accomplished business professional specializing in overseas marketing, with a flair for marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. With over 30 years of experience in commodities trading, Mr. Saleh has made significant contributions to the industry. In 2011 alone, his enterprising spirit led to the sale of more than USD 70 million worth of Indonesian coal.
